2. Booking

● Customers can book a cab through our website or by contacting us directly.

● Bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

● A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from HimCabs or the assigned driver.

3. Fare & Payment

● Cab fares are determined by the respective cab owner or driver.

● Customers may pay the driver directly unless otherwise agreed.

● HimCabs may collect a commission from the cab owner for bookings generated through the platform.

● HimCabs does not charge any hidden booking fees unless clearly mentioned.

4. Cancellation & Refund

● Customers may cancel their booking before the trip begins.

● If an advance payment has been made, a refund of up to 50% may be provided depending on the cancellation timing and the driver’s cancellation policy.

● Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. Driver Responsibility

● Drivers are responsible for arriving on time, maintaining their vehicles, and ensuring passenger safety.

● Any delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond HimCabs’ control.

● Driver is fully responsible if he/she is involved in any illegal activity or carrying some illegal substance i.e himcabs or clients will take no responsibilty of such activities .

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

● Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.

● Treat the vehicle respectfully.

● Follow all applicable laws and regulations during the journey.

● Client is fully responsible if he/she is involved in any illegal activity or carrying some illegal substance i.e himcabs or Driver will take no responsibilty of such activities

7. Liability

● HimCabs is a booking platform and is not responsible for accidents, delays, loss of luggage, personal injury, or disputes arising during the trip.

● Any claims related to the journey should first be addressed with the respective driver or cab owner.

● Himcabs is just a third party booking portal and we just provide service to both driver and client and we work totally on commission bases . Rest if driver client involved in any further illegal activity we don’t hold any responsibility

8. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
